How Revelation 9:5 Stood Out

Revelation 9:5 (2022) – And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. [cf. 2:21 – And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. II Pet. 3:9-10 – The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
