How Romans 12:19 Stood Out

Romans 12:19 (2024) – Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. [cf. Jer. 12:7 – I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.
