Romans 3:22 (2022) – Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference [cf. Philip. 3:8-11 – Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Gen. 15:6 – And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. Rom. 4:3 – For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Rom. 4:9 – Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. Gal. 3:6 – Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. James 2:23 – And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.]
