Acts 13:18 (2023) – And about the time of forty years suffered he their manners in the wilderness. [cf. II Kings 17:34 – Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which the LORD commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel; Ezek. 11:12 – And ye shall know that I am the LORD: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you. Lev. 20:23 – And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.]
