How Luke 10:28 Stood Out

Luke 10:28 (2024) – And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. [cf. Prov. 24:26 – Every man shall kiss his lips that giveth a right answer. Job 6:25 – How forcible are right words! but what doth your arguing reprove? Prov. 23:15-16 – My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine. Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things. Col. 4:6 – Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. I Pet. 3:15 – But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear; Prov. 8:1,6 – Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice? ...
