Isaiah 7:9 (2021) – If ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established. [cf. II Chr. 20:20 – And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. Rom. 11:20 – Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear; Heb. 11:6 – But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.]
