How Psalms 9:15 Stood Out

Psalms 9:15 (2022) – The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. [cf. v. 16 – The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah. Ps. 7:15 – He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made. Ps. 7:16 – His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate. Esth. 7:10 – So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified. Deu. 19:19 – Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you. Gal. 6:7 – Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Compare Matt. 7:12 – Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.]
