II Chronicles 3:10 (2020) – And in the most holy house he made two cherubims of image work, and overlaid them with gold. [Albert Barnes comments that the word in the margin is "moveable work." John Wesley comments that "moveable work" means they were not fastened to the mercy seat, as were the ones made in Moses' time. Probably the word image is used to mean a statue standing independently of anything else.]
