This page may have some technical imperfections, but is made available before inspection for you to benefit from the majority of material that likely has no problems.

I Chronicles 4:28-31 (2021) – 28 And they [Simeonites] dwelt at Beer-sheba, and Moladah, and Hazar-shual,

29 And at Bilhah, and at Ezem, and at Tolad,

30 And at Bethuel, and at Hormah, and at Ziklag,

31 And at Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susim, and at Beth-birei, and at Shaaraim. These were their cities unto the reign of David.

[Of these, at least Ziklag was given to David and became the property of the kings of Judah (I Sam. 27:5-6). Later, in the days of Hezekiah, some of the Simeonites destroyed the inhabitants of Gedor and moved there (v. 41). Others moved to mount Seir after they conquered the Amalekites who had escaped to there (vv. 42-43).]
