II Samuel 13:11 (2026) – And when she had brought them unto him to eat, he took hold of her, and said unto her, Come lie with me, my sister. [CONTRAST Is. 27:5 – Or let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me; and he shall make peace with me. Is. 56:4-7 – For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant; Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
