II Samuel 5:10 (2022) – And David went on, and grew great, and the LORD God of hosts was with him. [cf. I Sam. 16:18 – Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Beth-lehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD is with him. I Sam. 18:12 – And Saul was afraid of David, because the LORD was with him, and was departed from Saul. I Sam. 18:14 – And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him. I Chr. 11:9 – So David waxed greater and greater: for the LORD of hosts was with him. Compare Gen. 39:2-3 – And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the LORD was with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand. Gen. 39:23 – The keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the LORD was with him, and that which he did, the LORD made it to prosper. I Sam. 3:19 – And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground. II Kings 3:11-12 – But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of the LORD by him? For he clave to the LORD, and departed not from following him, but kept his commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses. And the LORD was with him; and he prospered whithersoever he went forth: and he rebelled against the king of Assyria, and served him not. I Chr. 9:20 – And Phinehas the son of Eleazar was the ruler over them in time past, and the LORD was with him. II Chr. 1:1 – And Solomon the son of David was strengthened in his kingdom, and the LORD his God was with him, and magnified him exceedingly. II Chr. 15:8-9 – And when Asa heard these words, and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the abominable idols out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities which he had taken from mount Ephraim, and renewed the altar of the LORD, that was before the porch of the LORD. And he gathered all Judah and Benjamin, and the strangers with them out of Ephraim and Manasseh, and out of Simeon: for they fell to him out of Israel in abundance, when they saw that the LORD his God was with him. Luke 1:66 – And all they that heard them laid them up in their hearts, saying, What manner of child shall this be! And the hand of the Lord was with him. II Chr. 32:8 – With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. Matt. 28:18-20 – And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
