Ps. 86:14-15 – O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them. But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth. Ps. 89:14-15 – Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face. Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance. Prov. 14:22 – Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth shall be to them that devise good. Prov. 16:6 – By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil. Prov. 20:28 – Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy.]
