Num. 34:14 – For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance:

(2026) – For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance [cf. Gen. 49:3 – Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power; Gen. 29:32 – And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said, Surely the LORD hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me. Gen. 19:38 – And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Ben-ammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day. II Sam. 8:18 – And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over both the Cherethites and the Pelethites; and David's sons were chief rulers.]
