Numbers 27:16 (2022) – Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation [cf. 16:22 – And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation? Ecc. 12:7 – Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
