Numbers 13:11 (2021) – Of the tribe
of Joseph, namely, of the tribe of Manasseh, Gaddi the son of
Susi. [Manasseh is the tribe named for Joseph, although Ephraim
had been given the preeminence (Gen. 48:17-20). But that Ephraim indeed
had the preeminence is shown by the fact that his tribe is mentioned in
