Out of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave offering of the LORD, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it. I Cor. 9:7-15 – Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? 2022 11:2 – And the people blessed all the men, that willingly offered themselves to dwell at Jerusalem. [cf. Judg. 5:2 – Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves. Judg. 5:9 – My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD. Rom. 12:1-2 – I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. I John 3:16 – Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. [We can lay down our lives in service day by day.] II Cor. 12:15 – And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.
